LeBlanc Learning Solutions is an Atlanta-based consulting firm specializing in learning and performance solutions. Our in-house team of consultants hold a minimum of master’s degrees in instructional and performance technology and have 15+ years of industry-related work experience. Our goal is not just to create training, but to develop a learning solution that drives performance and increases employee engagement. Follow-up training and ongoing reinforcement – providing participants with resources so they can practice and continue to develop their new skills.

Our Founder
Amana Marie Le Blanc

Amana Marie Le Blanc holds a Ph.D. in Instructional Technology from Georgia State University’s College of Education and Human Development. She also has a Master of Arts in Literature and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
Amana is a member of the American Educational Research Association (AERA), the Association for Educational Communications and Technology (AECT), the Association for Talent Development (ATD), and the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI). Amana also holds the ATD’s Certified Professional in Learning & Performance (CPLP) credential.
Amana is a creative instructional designer with 10+ years’ experience in analysis, design, development, and facilitation of instructor-led, web-based, distance learning, and self-paced training materials. She is experienced in managing large training projects from conception to delivery—on schedule and within budget. Amana enables learners to improve job performance using an exceptional understanding of adult learning theory and she is skilled in designing engaging, interactive instruction incorporating diverse learning activities and instructional design techniques. She is also able to form strong partnerships with subject matter experts and management to assess needs and provide relevant, business-driven learning solutions.
