LeBlanc Learning Solutions is an Atlanta-based consulting firm specializing in learning and performance solutions. Our in-house team of consultants hold a minimum of master\u2019s degrees in instructional and performance technology and have 15+ years of industry-related work experience. Our goal is not just to create training, but to develop a learning solution that drives performance and increases employee engagement. We focus on the learner experience and design materials that successfully integrate client concerns and requirements into effective, innovative, interactive learning solutions including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reference materials, job aids, training guides and quick reference documents <\/strong>\u2013 facilitator-led and self-paced guides with logical sequencing, easy-to-read layouts and graphics, and review questions, exercises, and activities geared toward diverse learning styles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Technical manuals and Standard Operating Procedures <\/strong>\u2013 on new products, processes, and procedures which translate technical content into user-friendly training guides are developed through extensive task analyses and process walkthroughs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Blended learning combining a range of strategies <\/strong>\u2013 classroom, eLearning, distance learning, online help, video, web content, self-study workbooks, and social media.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Follow-up training and ongoing reinforcement<\/strong> \u2013 providing participants with resources so they can practice and continue to develop their new skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Formative and summative evaluation<\/strong> \u2013 measuring and making judgments about the efficacy of a program or course both during it\u2019s development, and also at and after its conclusion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On a project-by-project basis, we also partner with experienced professionals that offer specific expert skills such as graphic design, web design, animation, technical editing, project management and communications. This enables us to provide the quality solutions our clients expect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Amana Marie Le Blanc holds a Ph.D. in Instructional Technology from Georgia State University\u2019s College of Education and Human Development. She also has a Master of Arts in Literature and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Amana is a member of the American Educational Research Association (AERA), the Association for Educational Communications and Technology (AECT), the Association for Talent Development (ATD), and the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI). Amana also holds the ATD\u2019s Certified Professional in Learning & Performance (CPLP) credential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Amana is a creative instructional designer with 10+ years\u2019 experience in analysis, design, development, and facilitation of instructor-led, web-based, distance learning, and self-paced training materials. She is experienced in managing large training projects from conception to delivery\u2014on schedule and within budget. Amana enables learners to improve job performance using an exceptional understanding of adult learning theory and she is skilled in designing engaging, interactive instruction incorporating diverse learning activities and instructional design techniques. She is also able to form strong partnerships with subject matter experts and management to assess needs and provide relevant, business-driven learning solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
